Basically, this is the third installment of a daily diary that has been kept over a period of three years by someone who is in his late fifties. This is not for an old man, really. Diaries are kept by youngsters! Traditionally! However, life does not become uninteresting after one passes teenage time. In fact, life becomes more interesting as you get older. Keeping a diary is not a bad thing. After all, it will tell you whether your are confabulating or just telling the truth.
