One day in January 2018, Alysha and I were walking at the gym. We talk about everything and figure out how to solve the world's problems. I told her to be in prayer for Bruce because he was on dialysis and not doing well. She responded, "If he needs a kidney, I'll give him one." I smiled and said, "Pray about it before you make a decision like that." Down deep I knew God was working on her heart. No "normal" person just decides to donate a kidney on a whim. I didn't say anything else, knowing that something special was taking place.


Looking back, I see how God works out every detail of our lives. Nothing "just happens." Satan will try everything in his power to destroy you, but if you allow God to intervene... He will work out all things powerfully and miraculously. And that's just what He did for us. He's the love you can count on!
