For the longest time I thought I "could not" lose excess weight, as I tried and failed over and over again. Throughout over forty years of struggling with body balance and beauty, God has revealed powerful messages to move me from hopelessly stuck to wheeling to heavenly heights at an accelerated pace. Whee! I have now maintained my ideal body weight and shape (5'5" and under 110 lbs.) for over ten years.


God instructs us in Matthew 18:2-4 to, "Come as we are, come like little children - humble and teachable." I so want God to speak through me - the shovel - to hopefully bring some ground- breaking insights to dislodge your wheel. I so desperately want to help anyone who is ready to surrender the fork so as to be more fully transformed into Christ's image. I long to come alongside each of you and help you to experience increasing Holy Spirit power to care for your Holy Temples with excellence.


God is so ready and more than able to give you your heart's desire when you choose to be fully committed to Him in how you think, in caring for your body, and in all that you say and do. Let's go for the gold! It's so WORTH IT 1000 times over!



Patrice Unruh lives in sunny Arizona with her good-hearted husband and adorable doxie. She has three grown children and just recently became a Grandisa when her first dear grandson made his debut.
