R. Jay Berry is the bestselling author, educator, storyteller, and speaker. After a thirty year career in the Dallas Independent School District, she retired as the Executive Director of Academic Services and began her writing career. She is the acclaimed author of the Sunday Rose trilogy and the Forever Series and Christian faith, family, and friendships themes are encompassed in each book. Mrs. Berry and her husband, Bernard, live in Desoto, Texas and have been married for 38 years. They have one son, Stephen, daughter-in-law Jewel, and family dog, Strawberry Sundae.
