Set in London's East End, the story follows the lives of two families from working class backgrounds. Over time, and through diametrically opposite tactics, male members from each family find success in the construction industry-until they end up working together. Fraud and deception bring about disaster for one party, while the facts remain intentionally hidden-until an unlikely individual stumbles across the incident and tenaciously seeks justice and revenge.
