Dr James Ulrich has just been released from prison after serving five tears for official corruption. He discovers to his dismay, that despite his excellent qualifications and vast experience, he cannot get a job because of his prison record. He finally accepts a position as a janitor in a run-down and corrupt tennis academy. James discovers that all the ghosts and demons from his sordid past have come back to haunt him as he tries desperately to forge a new life as a law-abiding citizen.
