In the town of Hounslow, Adonis meets Aura in the rain by offering her shelter from the stormy weather. They share a walk home and learn not only do they go to the same school, but are also neighbours. Instantly Aura takes a liking to this charming soul and they grow in friendship. Little does she know that Adonis is a vampire, his mission right then is to hunt her down. Adonis is an apprentice of a vampire named Rogend. Rogend has promised Adonis that if he succeeds in hunting Aura, he will have all the riches a vampire could ever have: to live. However Adonis hasn't been much acquainted with Rogend, events soon turn down hill, for Rogend hides a dark past. Will Adonis suspect this? Does he understand that Aura isn't the only prey in this hunt?
