Sophie thinks it is unfair that she is often called a Bossy Boots. But things get worse when she puts her feet into a mischievous pair of brand new shiny boots, who speak in rhyme and lead her on a merry dance through the streets, up and down her bedroom walls, across the ceiling and into all sorts of adventures - and trouble. Sophie gets the blame for everything and you can imagine what people think when she says, "it was the boots that did it, not me....". Well, it does not sound very likely, does it?
