Travis "Cream City" Bridges is a Milwaukee high school basketball star and the first-round draft pick of the Milwaukee Bucks after their NBA Championship season. So when he is accused of the murder of a white female classmate, the city begins to simmer with racial hysteria. There's rioting in the streets with a further tragic outcome.
