Although the flames of life tried to consume me and take everything I loved away from me God had a plan. No one can prepare you for losing the person you once were and replacing it with the person God has predestined you to be. It was the flames of the fire that changed my life but it was the burning in my heart that has made me into the woman that I am today. Although I had several trials and tribulations along the way; God never allowed me to fully give up. The pain of my childhood tried to destroy me but God had another plan. I went through many season of loneliness, hurt and pain but God sustained me.
