From author. The book is a collection of recipes for a variety of culinary dishes that any hostess can handle if she lovingly prepares them for her family and loved ones. These are the dishes that were prepared in the home I grew up, was used to, and have been practicing my whole life. I wrote this book in memory of my wonderful grandmothers who knew how to prepare from simple and cheap products delicious dishes. Much time has passed since, but memory is the most precious legacy. I feel that It is necessary to share this treasure with my family and all to whom it might be interesting.
