The Adventurous Pigs
Denise Johnson
The citizens of Freedom Town were happy and building their businesses. The hogs and piglets enjoyed family life, school, and weekend activities. They now had many varieties of activities, and the town was growing and growing.
Mayor Ben, Elmer, and Dinky were so pleased that more and more piglets were coming, and now there was bowling, skating, dancing, another café, a mall, and a grocery store. They had lots of new neighbors, and they shared good times at the park and beaches around town. "What a wonderful life," the brothers thought.
There were so many piglets and hogs running away from farms all over the country to be a part of this wonderful life that it caused alarm to the farmers, and they called a meeting to stop this. They could not find a solution at the meeting because they feared the boars, so they will leave the Freedom Town hogs and piglets alone but try to prevent others from leaving the farms.
