Collecting law, regulations, rules and codes related to children in national legal system of Iran is one the most important steps of research on the subject of child law. Iranian child law mostly is based on the convention on the rights of children. But in Iran legal system there are some other rules, regulations and codes which are directly or indirectly related to children. The law of protection of unsupervised children and orphans (2013) and the law of protection of children and teenagers (2003) are among them.
