Paris' second collection of poems, "Grateful in Body, Family & Spirit", is a three-part collection chronicling her battle with illness, the support and love of friends and family, and her reliance and growth in Faith. Paris was diagnosed with a debilitating chronic illness, scleroderma, at age 14. Her poignant poems regarding her illness ring with truth and strength.
