Through dreams and visions the girl experiences some startling glimpses into another world and discovers her own astonishing relationship to these people. In spite of the sometimes distressing circumstances of her own life, she comes to realize that she has a powerful purpose to fulfil that will have a far-reaching impact on many generations of people to come. This is a fantastical journey featuring two very different families who are vastly separated by time but strongly connected in an intriguing and inexplicable way.
