Contributor Bio:  Foster, Brian Brian Foster was one of the first teachers to be appointed specifically to work with Travellers in London in 1976. He now coordinatesthe work of a Consortium of seven Traveller Education Support Services. He is currently engaged in a research project "Improving the outcomes for Gypsy Roma Traveller pupils" and has contributed to a number of publications. He is a management committee member of the Irish Traveller movement in Britain.
