A frequent customer in his shop happened to be the adopted daughter of one of the wealthiest families in America. Her tales of abuse and her horrific upbringing led to his recruitment as her bodyguard, in exchange for a 50 acre parcel of land to build a spiritual center for the Rainbow Family on.
