Contributor Bio:  Jones, Lucy I am an author who has always loved to write but had not published anything until a couple of years ago when I wrote my first nonfiction book Questions You Need To Know Before Marriage. I had written many children's stories but had not published them. I decided to step out and start this book called A Little Girl which helps little girl's love who they are and know that they are special and a contributor to this world. Many times girls are abused and are robed of their self-esteem. I am a person who loves to encourage children, myself being a mother of six, three girls and three boys. I have been married for twenty eight years and have always been concerned about the emotional and physical well-being of children. I use to be a substitute teacher and I saw the poor self-esteem of many girls in the school system and it really bothered me. I believe that self-esteem starts at a young age so that is why I wrote this book to help girls love themselves.
