Harold Bonaparte was a somebody once, until he lost his memory, then he wasn't. Most amnesiacs are panicked at their loss of memory, but not Harold. He didn't know why, but he was satisfied just wandering the streets of Chicago, homeless, and not particularly caring who he had been. His newfound friends on the street always had a story to tell about their past lives. So, great, he thought, they knew who they were-more or less. He didn't know whether to believe them. But then he thought, "So what?"-until one day a mysterious piece of his past came to visit him. Then he got curious about himself. Who was he? What was his story? And would he want to tell it?
