Poetry in Motion-the Birth of Success Ii: Poetic Anthologies Individual Poets

is a collection of thoughtful poetry featuring verse written by teenagers attending the D. C. Public Schools. These youth are participating in a year-round program that encourages engaged reading and writing through poetry and student-run book publication. Students not only write the poems, they proof the copy, order the barcode and participate in all aspects of a real-world publishing experience. The program is sponsored by Do The Write Thing of DC.
