She is a wife and mother of two young children, a son and daughter. She and her husband are active members in their church where Karen is part of the prayer team and has helped lead Bible study classes. She is an encourager at heart as you will see throughout this devotional. Her love for the Lord is also quite evident in her writings and in person. Karen currently resides with her husband and their two children in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
