The 2nd part of a two-part series describing the evolution of Media legislation in Hungary focusing on the period from 2010-2013. The author is a former member of the Hungarian Media Authority and noted television journalist. The purpose of the book is to provide a detailed account of some relevant events that have occurred in the period to better understand the context and relevance of those changes affecting freedom of speech, media pluralism and the public television and radio broadcasting in Hungary.
