THE CRESCENT STRIKES is the second volume of a trilogy entitled THE PACIFICATION OF EARTH. The beginning of the next century sees an overheated, overpopulated earth full of injustice, hunger, and war. In the first volume, a young man joins the U. S. Marines and becomes the successful military leader of an insurrection. In this volume, he takes on a Moslem invasion of Europe and, in the process, exerts dictatorial control. High technology weapons, violence, and a little lust characterize the story.
