A routine examination of the New York branch of a large German private bank brought to light this conspiracy. The perpetrators are members of a corrupt corporate cabal that seek to dismantle the enforcement powers of regulatory authorities for the finance, agriculture, and pharmaceutical segments of the global economy to pursue their own strategic interests.
