While driving down the highway one night to meet a friend, Amanda believed she could take on the world. Then, in the blink of an eye, a semi-truck flattened her SUV like a tin can. Her inner brokenness manifested to her whole body with collapsed lungs, a broken neck, brain trauma, and complete oblivion.

After weeks in a coma and flirting with death, Amanda finally regained consciousness but knew nothing about her life or how to function as a human being.

This is a powerful narrative of the war room of Amanda's body and soul, and God's unreserved presence, mercy, and love.

About the Author:

Amanda Legault has dreamt of being an author for as long as she can remember, and has started writing countless unfinished stories. Finally, after a story of God's redeeming love was written on her life that couldn't be left untold, the words poured out. She continues to work in youth ministry and is a high school educational assistant. Amanda lives in Manitoba with her husband and two children.
