It is the story of two conjoined brothers that, even though they were separated at birth, can still feel each other's pain. It has been adapted many times to the stage and in film. Alexandre Dumas born Dumas Davy de la Pailleterie, (24 July 1802 ? 5 December 1870), also known as Alexandre Dumas, père, was a French writer, best known for his historical novels of high adventure.
