When U. S. President J. Washington Rock decides that his legacy will be resolving the Middle East conflict by destroying Israel without needing to fire a shot, he embarks on a program of leaking sensitive Israeli information, cutting funding to Israel, and proposing a Palestinian-Israeli peace plan that would destroy Israel. Aided by the United Nations and Iran, Rock's efforts back Israel into a corner. As Israel prepares for possible war, the efforts of two individuals who are unaware of each other may turn the tide--if they are in time.
