It is a two phase theory that can work well together once in motion and in sequence. Once this theory is in motion, it will reform all our way of life and all Earth as we know it and will sustain a healthy balance forever! The first phase of this theory is an economical one and is designed so to help all governments worldwide grow in a better transparency light and with earth in mind. It will help governments eliminate deficits slowly, increase revenue, relief societies from the burden of heavy taxation. and bring its own government out over time to a surplus status or balance state, and eliminate all taxes when the time is right, all while sustaining and growing their own country status quo. All while in sequence first helping its own regional environment and synchronize with the rest of the world to improve healthier earthly changes for the better. The second phase works immediately as the first phase gets into motion. It is most important to all of humanity, it is the main nucleus that really drive the first phase theory, it is structure in a way that all living things and all nonliving things on earth our better understood. The correlation of politics with new policies involve in sequence with all governments around the world will help stabilize and improve world conditions region by region over time and make our home mother earth a healthy safe robust or normal planet to sustain itself for the present and future generations to enjoy forever!
