Sugar takes a light-hearted spiritual journey to discover "who she truly is" through the trying on of different costumes and personas. She exams life in the military, as a sports figure, a dancer, and a hat model. She even travels back in time to meet notable "people" in history and emulates Hollywood stars. Still not getting a true sense of herself, she travels around the world and spends time in nature.
