Denise is a young woman who fought hard to love, trust because she was abandon by her mother at the age of 11, she had no-one to teach her about love or about sex. She found it very hard becoming a woman before her time like cooking, cleaning, taking care of her two brothers and sometimes even her dad. Denise decided to set out on an expedition to find her mother because she had a lot of questions that needed answers. At the same time, she married and now is a mother herself, so how do she learn to love her kids, her husband. Denise soon realize that everything that glitters is not gold. Although it's her mother whom she feels should be the rooted tree of her life, she is devastated to see what her mom has become after abandoning her and her brothers. She fought hard trying to love and when she finally does...it back-fires. Denise had to make a terrible decision in her life, but the more she thought of that decision the more it made sense...
