BIBLE WARM-UPS consists of four sections with two categories per section. The four section titles are as follows: "From Creation to Mt Sinai"; "The Israelites from Mt Sinai"; "Life and Ministry of Jesus"; and "Events and Teachings of the Early Church". Warm-ups are questions that can be researched in the scriptures and usually answered within 5 or 10 minutes. The book contains 366 warm-ups. The question categories are FACTS (who, what, where, or when) and CONNECTIONS (how or why). Each question is provided with one or more scriptures, so that students might search those scriptures to find their answers. These warm-ups are intended to challenge inaccurate childhood memories of Bible stories, to review recent class lessons, or to prepare students for a new class topic. Class discussions of possible answers are strongly encouraged.
