There's Healing in the Garden is a collection of journals written over a ten-year period. Separately, they look at my life and how I survived physical, sexual, and emotional abuse from infancy to the age of ten; they share my experiences as a lost teenager and a victim of rape; finally, the journals reveal the step-by-step process which led to [and through] my spiritual healing. Collectively, the journals reveal the awesome power of the Almighty God and the healing counsel that can only from our Lord, Jesus Christ. I wrote this book for my own emotional and spiritual healing, but also with hopes that any woman [at any age] who has suffered from abuse might find some comfort in my journey; that she might feel hope through a common ground, and find strength to begin her own journey to healing.
