It is dedicated to all the people who aren't afraid to put themselves out there for a cause they believe in. Few are braver than those with nothing personal to gain and a great deal to lose who stand up for others too small or too powerless or too wounded to stand up for themselves. The Intactivists is a book about some of these people who have put themselves on the front lines of a very public event for the infant boys who involuntarily and without consent go under the knife in the name of culture and conformity.
