This action adventure story finds our hero, Steven Cross, a veteran CIA spy, assigned a mission to assassinate a prominent figure in world politics. While he assesses this unusual mission, someone else takes out the target before Cross can. As he probes deeper into the assignment, he finds himself tracking down despicable scientists attempting to control human minds with crude technological methods. The experiments conducted by these ruthless characters enrage Cross. He witnesses the brutality imposed upon the innocent by these evil people. Cross and his loyal team vow to destroy all of them and their horrific laboratories located around the globe. Unfortunately, he and his team of field operatives encounter insurmountable odds from a powerful U. S. businessman with strong connections to major governments. He must also deal with a ruthless terrorist group attempting to overthrow a Central African country. Chasing shipments of international arms causes his team to take daring risks to thwart this enemy. Without any fear or hesitation, the team continues to display enormous courage under fire. In this constant life and death struggle, there is still time for romance. The women are as vicious as they are beautiful. They work hard, play hard, and kill harder. On this mission the romance seems to take on a dominant role at times. Cross heavily involves himself in the romance and passion of his most trusted agent. However, this romantic involvement does not cloud his judgment. He is determined to end this reign of terror on the innocent. He continues to receive support from a group of U. S. Special Forces under the command of an old friend and trusted ally. It is with their help and his counterparts around the globe that he gains control of his objective.
