From the day of its Ratification all of the seats of Congress were the "people's seats." according to our Constitution. This book is about how our Representatives have redifined this ownership and how in the process redefine themselves as the Ruler's not the Representative of the people. How behaviors, abuse's and attitudes of entitlement threaten the very foundations this Country was built on. With embezzlement of Treasury funds, rampant ethics violations and carrying out the very behaviors they criticize others for our government runs on hypocrisy, lies and deceptions.
