Contributor Bio: Griswold, Daniel M Daniel M. Griswold serves as pastor of Trinity Reformed Church in Rochester, New York. He has taught theology at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan; Perkins School of Theology in Dallas, Texas; and Austin College in Sherman, Texas. This volume is based on a dissertation completed at Southern Methodist University under the supervision of Charles Wood.
