A Thriller by Jacamo Peterson, Author of "A Hard Place/A Sergeants Tale"
Dr. Johannes Petermann is a professor of archaeology at ASU, Tempe, Arizona. On short notice he has to put together a Field Trip to SE Asia. They are in search of an ancient temple complex that has been rumored to glow at night with a strange green light. Reports of this strange light go back to the Vietnam War era as reported by pilots. What is supposed to be a tiring trip to a dig site fraught with unforseen perils, and then turns into a very real nightmare as after their arrival they manage to disturb some ancient evil, which resides in the temple. A harrowing and deadly confrontation occurs and the group is forced to fight for their lives against things that are not supposed to exist. It may well be that no one will escape this evil alive. Help is summoned, but it may not be enough, or even arrive in time! From the AuthorArchaeology is not always as mundane and boring as it seems, sometimes a team, off on a dig in some faraway land may run into unexpected local denizens. Very nasty ones! The kind of story a Thriller fan likes to read! :-) Jacamo
