All types of non-fishing powerboats are covered, from jet skis to small yachts. The emphasis is on the history and economic status of each builder and the engines and drive systems employed.The subtitle of this book references the move upmarket by most of the boat manufacturerssince the publication of the first Ker-Splash! in 2002. Both editions cover all the affordable recreational boat models, but many more brands and boat types have been included in this later edition.
