The Land Of Sinim, Or, An Exposition Of Isaiah Xlix, 12 - Together With A Brief Account Of The Jews And Christians In China - 1845 - THIS little work appeared originally in several numbers of the Chinese Repository of the year 1844, It was written by one of the missionaries of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church, in China and it is now republished, without the knowledge of the author, in the hope of gratifying and perhaps incrensing tha interest of the Christian community in the evangelization of the Chinese.
