Brief Description: Although Mia feels fairly satisfied with her life, she worries about who should attend parent-teacher night and her failing grade in Spanish. Biographical Note: Coco Simon always dreamed of opening a cupcake bakery but she's afraid she would eat all the profits. She loves all" flavors of cupcakes, but if forced to choose a favorite, double chocolate fudge with white icing would be her #1 choice. When she's not daydreaming about cupcakes, Coco edits children's books and has written close to one hundred books for children, tweens, and young adults, which is a lot less than the number of cupcakes she's eaten. Mia is getting used to her new family now that her mom is remarried to Eddie and she's gained a new stepbrother, Dan.
