The elf lives in a burrow under a violet plant, drinks morning dew, and sleeps in a bed of rose petals and dandelion seed fluff. Elly's friends are hamsters, bees, green spiders, birds, the sun and the wind. One winter Elly helps a sick friend and misses her spring duties of waking up the flowers.
