Contributor Bio:  Butler, George Butler is the award-winning producer and director of The Endurance: Shackleton's Legendary Antarctic Expedition. He also directed an IMAX film, a two-hour television special, and a foreign television special on Shackleton. As a photographer he has had solo exhibitions at the International Center of Photography in New York and at galleries around the country. He is currently directing an IMAX film about NASA's missions to Mars.
