From a Babe to Maturity Sylvia Torrence

Sylvia Torrence lives in a small town in Arkansas called Camden. She is the mother of three and grandmother of nine. From a Babe to Maturity was inspired by God to be used as a learning aide to help those grow within their specific ministries.


Sylvia heartily thanks New Life Christian Fellowship Pastor Randy Morris, Full Counsel Christian Fellowship Pastor Larry Nix, Rev. Roderick Greene, and Faith Community Pastor Randolph Hegwood. She also thanks, in loving memories, Ida B. Torrence, Mary Ida Ashley, her father, Morris, and her two sisters who have all gone on to be with the Lord.


In her spare time Sylvia enjoys reading, writing, and interior decorating. She recently attended graduate school to receive a Master of Arts in Evangelism and Church Planting, plus a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling, pastoral care, and counseling specialization.
