This is a book that once you open it up you will not be able to put it down. Every emotion that we all feel is written about on these pages without any judgement or condemnation - let's face it - emotions are real. This book is meant to do just as the title says, it is meant to expose emotions and to teach people how to handle them. My prayer is that everyone who reads this book will laugh, cry, smile and have heavy burdens lifted off of them so that the joy of life may come upon them now and forever more! Warning to all readers! Some of these poems may be too real or too deep for the traditional religious people, but how can you help someone if you do not allow them to be real with you? How can you get the help that you need if you don't be real with yourself?
