Life is Cruel for the Hunted...
Animar is a fascinating world where all people have two forms, one human and one animal.  This ability, common to all inhabitants of Animar, has led to the division of people into "realms" known as the Herbivore, Carnic, Avian, Aquan and Reptilian. Although the people of Animar share in the ability to transform at will, each realm has strengths and weakness that make them unique to the others.   Despite their differences one fact remains true - on Animar life is cruel for the hunted, and everyone is game.

The Realms of Animar centers around Thane, the son of a rebellious herbivore leader.  Thane's life takes an unexpected turn when his animal form becomes something never before seen - a creature with incredible power that can shift the natural balance of life and bring hope to the weaker inhabitants of their world.  Elsewhere, an evil carnivore leader destined to rule Animar learns of this new threat to his dominion and builds a massive army with one simple yet sinister purpose - death to Thane and death to any who dare oppose him.

With their lives in danger, Thane's people must turn to the other realms for help.  Reluctant at first, these powerful yet mysterious people are forced to take sides in an incredible war that will determine the fate of their world.
