Physical abuse, verbal and spiritual abuse are based almost on the same characters. Sometimes people can self-injure or self-mutilate to release emotional stress.

A person can do harm to him/herself and others, sometimes causing depression because of what you have gone through emotionally. You can emotionally inflict yourself and do harm to someone else sometimes without trying or realizing it because of the trauma that had you depress.

I hope my sharing some positive and uplifting words will be able to heal or help someone out there who has also experienced this and help them to heal their lives and move forward to self enrichment.
