Miriam Hilmi's first poetry anthology encompasses the soul of life itself. It is a reference to the joy and pain and infinite boundlessness of life and its many horizons of experience. Expressing through the universal I Hilmi gives voice to the profoundest inspiration and the deepest pain that once embibed become the source of surrender to the inner all knowingness and, in so doing, open the relams of opportunity and the infinite horizons of promise that we may consciously cocreate with our dreams and with our hands. This anthology is a compilation of poetry written over serven years. It encompasses my existential experiences and creative dreams and visions. My vision is largely to voice the collective conscious experience through the universal 'I'. to give voice to the emotional and spiritual yearnings of the human condition.
