Oktaha Speaks: The Third Prophecy contains several prophecies of far-reaching impact. Quotas of African-Americans to be killed and ghettoes set on fire in a new American civil war conducted by private militias. A great California earthquake will threaten the nation's economy, water and electrical resources. The states of Oregon and Washington will become island territories. A nationwide drought will cause much famine and death. A large explosion will kill many soldiers on U. S. soil. Corporations will be attacked by domestic terrorists. The social upheavals and cataclysmic events described above are but a preamble to the iconoclastic and positive changes that will take place afterward due to the intervention of Adept Spirits.
