Peter Rowles has been a jack of various creative avocations over the years--singer, songwriter, poet, musician and artist among them. His most recent project, Paper Sailor, represents a loose salute both, to his musical past, and his artistic present. It features a selection of lyrics and poems written over a fourteen year period, from l969 to l983, illustrated by a series of collages created specifically for the book. Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, he lived for some years in Edmonton, Alberta, and currently resides in Victoria, British Columbia.
