Emancipation is a state of being that is a stepping-stone towards Life unimaginable to the average person. Yet it no longer should be unimaginable. In fact, it should now be regarded as an achievable goal. The author has strived to put what is a deeply subjective experience for each individual?and yet something very basically impersonal?into a form that is a sort of map of the territory of the condition of spiritual emancipation. Although this subject can be and is approached through religion, it is in no way limited to that. This book describes the state of spiritual emancipation as it would have seemed in the past, as it is now, and how it perhaps may be in the future, as well as a detailed description of aspects of emancipation during the present years.
